The party is in the ruined Fort of Delbo, having just dispatched the remaining Fighter and Magic-User from a small party of enemy combatants. One was carrying a gem encrusted halberd, which was the goal of Avuin's Quest.

We determine that greaves come with boots when worn, not the armor.
Inside this room is some old furniture.
Avuin can carry up to 800 more coins. We gather all of the items and head back out to our horses.
On the way back to Qarn, Avuin sends up his Hawk, Sabre, but it does not react to anything in the area. We get all of the gathered stuff back to the horses, We head back to Qarn.
During the time we are there, Randimir casts Detect Magic.
The Splint Mail has a +2 bonus to AC. This goes to Avuin, id 113.
The Leather Armor has a +1. Falavor takes the Leather Armor.
The Longbow strikes true and has a +1 bonus.
We test out the Rings for their magic abilities. They offer no wishes, no invisibility. Eventually, Galador figures it out.
We each get 1,326 gp and 663 gp for each henchman.

We head up the hill to the left. When we pass the barrier of the graveyard, we step into some dark dome. Barely a sun in the sky.
Avuin has his longbow. We can head toward the Shrine of Riswa.
We pass through and the outline of the shrine comes into view, dark silhouette of the shrine. No movement or lights and not mists.
Galador throws his continual light coin up ahead. When it lands, from all of the tombstones, sudden movement. Great numbers of insects, gray and black, flutter around attracted by light, look like moths. moths fly closer and condense into a shape.
Avuin has his bow nocked and watches.
Randimir tries to turn undead.
Moths form into a humanoid shape, gray cloaked form, with a hunchback, holding a staff with a lantern, glows with a weird light. Moon shaped eyes, glow pure white. Black void in the cloak. Some moths still fluttering around.

All arrows fly wide or go through the form. It chuckles boldly…as if straight into our ears. does not move. Fredo still bracing.

1 minute later, side door opens a bit. Bugbear head pops out. Ducks back inside.

We open the front door. We push into the shrine, there are many bugbears inside. Vast open room, used for ceremonies, no furniture. Filled with bugbear camps. 14 bugbears led by a bugbear wielding two morning stars, 1 in each hand.
They were all ready for us. In the back of the group, there is a bugbear dressed in shaman clothing. Bone headress with manticore spines, chanting loudly. in divine tongue.
Another form, an OGRE, appears to have the essence of a ghose. White and gray flutter about it. Wearing the battle dress of a long ago age. Just like anything else.
